History & Who We Are

ReVest LLC was established in 1999 by three individuals, Brent Hurst, Leonard Marotte and Joe Kramer. All three partners operate their businesses and reside in Wichita Kansas. Combined they have over 80 years of experience in real estate acquisitions and management. Currently they own and manage many real estate investments in Wichita and other cities. They have purchased and managed hundreds of homes in Wichita, and currently own and manage over 400 units of multifamily property in and around Wichita, over 100,000 square feet of office & industrial buildings as well as land developments in Wichita and other markets. Our consistent management and financial growth over the years has given us the ability to provide a funding capacity to our customers in the millions of dollars. Our experience, banking, real estate and legal contacts as well as our financial strength make us a strong partner for whatever real estate needs you may have.

Mission

The primary Mission of ReVest LLC is to provide creative real estate solutions for a variety of real estate needs. As we are active in the real estate business we are not afraid of investing in it to help provide a solution for others. Our financial strength and established lending relationships can provide our customers with small or large financial transactions and because we have these relationships with large lenders, title companies and others we can usually close your transaction in as little as three days.
