Home Equity Leasing Plan

The purpose of this plan is to provide a home for people who cannot currently qualify for a home purchase. If your credit is reasonable but still insufficient to qualify for a home purchase ReVest can lease you a home until you are able to qualify and close on the purchase of the home. If ReVest does not have the home of your choice available ReVest may be able to purchase a home of your choice and lease it to you until you are able to qualify. Provided the home has sufficient equity and your credit can be improved within a reasonable time you can move in today and close when you qualify. You can have nearly two years to repair your credit and close on the home. Some of the benefits of this plan:

Estate Improvement Plan

The purpose of this plan is to help people who are managing a property in an estate. Many properties that are involved in estate proceedings are to be sold to liquidate the estate and are in need of repairs. Many times assets are tied up in the estate or the estate may not have sufficient resources to improve a property to obtain the highest possible selling price. ReVest offers a plan whereby we can invest in the estate property to get the most out of it. As we all know property that is remodeled properly, in good repair and clean will sell for much higher than a similar property in poor condition. We can invest in the property and the estate can share in the increase in price obtained by improving its condition. Some of the advantages of this plan:
